    Activities and duties of a Board Member include:
    • Attending Board Meetings and occasional Special Meetings in person
    • Be prepared to commit to board activities for at least 15-20 hours a week with much of the time on site to be effective
    • Reviewing and setting annual budgets
    • Long range planning for the Association
    • Work with contractors and employees
    • Have the ability to receive and send emails and texts in a timely manner
    • Take on other duties necessary to maintain and improve the Association
