Activities and duties of a Board Member include:

Attending Board Meetings and occasional Special Meetings in person
Be prepared to commit to board activities for at least 15-20 hours a week with much of the time on site to be effective
Reviewing and setting annual budgets
Long range planning for the Association
Work with contractors, employees and volunteers
Have the ability to receive and send emails and texts in a timely manner
Take on other duties necessary to maintain and improve the Association
