Am I allowed to camp on my property before building?

No. No overnight camping is allowed.

Is burning brush on my property allowed?

Yes. Burning brush and tree limbs on your property is permitted as long as there is not a Burn Ban in effect in Palo Pinto County.

• You must contact the Palo Pinto County Sheriff's Department (940.659.2034) to inform them of your intent to burn
• Please read the POA Burn Policy (found under the "Documents" tab > Policies)
• Please complete the Burn Form (found under the "Documents" tab > Forms)

Is shooting guns on my property allowed?

No. The use/discharging of firearms is prohibited within the Community. Hunting is not allowed.

Am I allowed to put a building or any other improvement on my lot before building my home?

No. No Improvement of any kind may be placed on a property prior to the commencement of construction of the main dwelling. All improvements must be approved by the ACC. Please see the Design Guidelines and Bulletins under the "Construction (ACC)" tab.
