Ritchie Cabin Kitchen Use Policy
Possum Kingdom POA is not responsible for accidents, injuries or theft.
Ritchie Cabin is an Amenity shared by the entire Community and is not to be monopolized any one group or individual.
- The cabin kitchen is for use by members for the re-warming of food brought already cooked.
- It is not to be used to prepare meals.

- All tables in the cabin must be left clean and dry, and the chairs replaced under the tables.
- The refrigerator may be used to keep foods fresh, but not for long term storage.
- No food or drinks may be left overnight in the refrigerator.
- All counter tops, appliances and sinks must be left thoroughly cleaned for the use of other members.
- All trash must be removed from the kitchen and cabin and properly disposed of in trash receptacles.
- Barbeque grills may be used for smoking or grilling, etc. provided safe wind conditions exist.
- The grill must be continuously monitored, and the fire and coals must be completely extinguished before leaving the area.
- Any unburned wood or charcoal must be stacked or stored properly.

- Grills may not be used under the porch areas of the cabin.
