Clubhouse Kitchen Use Policy
Possum Kingdom POA is not responsible for accidents, injuries or theft.
The Clubhouse is an Amenity shared by the entire Community and is not to be monopolized any one group or individual.
- The clubhouse kitchen is for use by members for the re-warming of food brought already cooked.
- It is not to be used to prepare meals.

- All tables in the clubhouse must be left clean and dry, and the chairs replaced under the tables.
- The refrigerator may be used to keep foods fresh, but not for long term storage.
- No food or drinks may be left overnight in the refrigerator.
- All counter tops, appliances and sinks must be left thoroughly cleaned for the use of other members.
- All trash must be removed from the kitchen and clubhouse rooms and properly disposed of in trash receptacles.
- The firepit below the main pool may be used for wiener roasts, smores, etc. provided safe wind conditions exist.
- The fire must be constantly monitored and completely extinguished before leaving the fire pit area.
- Any unburned wood must be neatly stacked, and the surrounding area must be left clean.

- No other cooking is allowed inside the pool fenced area.
