POA dues of $800.00 are due on January 1, 2023. Notices were mailed before Thanksgiving 2022. If a dues statement was not received, please contact the POA Treasurer immediately. Dues are considered late if not received by the Association on or before January 31, 2023, at which time, late fees shall be applied. * Please make sure we have your current mailing address. *4th Amended & Restated Rules and Design Guidelines, Part II, Rules Governing Billings, Collection and Fining Policy: A. Billing and Collection Policy, 2. Due Date. Annual maintenance assessments are due on the first (1st) day of January of each year. An annual maintenance assessment which is not received by the Association by January 31st of the year in which the annual maintenance assessment comes due shall be deemed to be delinquent and a monthly late fee (as listed on the schedule of fees) will be charged to the account of the Owner of the property for which the annual maintenance assessment becomes delinquent. The late fee will be applied monthly until delinquent payment is received. A statement including late fees will be sent monthly to all delinquent accounts.
