​All previously approved Accessory Buildings including metal buildings shall be grandfathered
regardless of survey outcome.

A vote to ALLOW Metal accessory buildings means you, as a Member of the Possum Kingdom Property Owners Association, find such accessory buildings acceptable as long as they adhere to the current Community-Wide Standard regarding color, size and location on a lot in relation to the Dwelling and the total number of buildings allowed on a lot to be determined by the size of said lot.
​In addition, two more requirements shall be added to the current Standard which will include but not be limited to: 

• A forty (40) inch masonry wainscoting to match the Dwelling shall be installed on all four sides of accessory buildings
• All doors and windows shall be of the same colors as the accessory building siding (factory white prohibited)

A vote to DISALLOW Metal accessory buildings means you, as a Member of the Possum Kingdom Property Owners Association, understand that per the proposed 4th Amended & Restated Rules & Design Guidelines, all future submittals for metal accessory buildings shall be denied.
