Architectural Control Application and Review Procedure for
NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION


NOTICE: All Submittals must be complete (all the following required data received) before the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will review the submittal.

    • Please include the overall height of proposed structure, from top of slab to highest point.
    • Please include height of wainscoting, if being used.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • A Port-a-Potty must be placed on the construction site and must be cleaned bi-weekly
    • A Dumpster must be placed on the construction site and must be emptied when full
    • The need for and the installation of a construction culvert and drive will be addressed on an individual basis
    • No adjacent tract(s) shall be used for construction access, staging or as a dumping ground for rubbish
    • No individuals may live on site during any phase of construction
    • A minimum of twenty feet (20-ft) of asphalt or concrete must be installed on driveway from community road into lot before project is considered complete
    • Truck Wgt-Sz Restrictions: MGW = 60,000 lbs/Max size = 3-Axel Dump Truck/Concrete Truck (fines will be assessed for non-compliance)
