Boat/Watercraft Storage Policy
Users of this storage area do so at the own risk.

- All watercraft and trailers in the storage area shall be registered with the Property Owner’s Association (POA) and be subject to the following rules, regulations and consequences.
- When applying, property owner shall provide the following:
- All boats, personal watercraft and trailers must have current state registration displayed on the vehicle
- A copy of current watercraft state registration
- A completed POA Boat/Watercraft Registration Form (available on the 'Documents' > Forms tab)
- When applying, property owner shall provide the following:
- Storage areas shall be assigned by the Property Owners Association and any owner will be allowed only one space. If no spaces are available, names of members requesting space will be placed on a waiting list.
- Boats only shall be allowed in the covered boat storage. Personal watercraft and utility trailers are allowed in uncovered area when space is available.
- Storage areas remaining vacant for more than 45 days shall be available to be reassigned as needed
- Owner of any watercraft or trailer with expired registration or other violation will be given notice and will have thirty (30) days to comply with the regulations. If owner fails to comply, the watercraft or trailer will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Any watercraft or trailer in disrepair or in unserviceable condition will be considered in violation and will be given thirty (30) days from date of notice to either remove or repair the vehicle.
- If storage facility is full, storage areas will be assigned with the following priority (owners may be requested to move if higher priority items apply for space):
- 1) Boats over 16 feet in length under covered or uncovered areas
- 2) Trailers with two personal watercrafts in uncovered areas
- 3) Trailers with one personal watercraft in uncovered areas
- 4) Boats less than 16 feet in uncovered areas
- 5) Utility trailers in uncovered areas
- Any vehicle, watercraft or trailer illegally parked, left unattended within watercraft storage area and is not registered with the POA, shall be subjected to towing at owner’s expense
- Any towing will be done so in accordance with State of Texas laws. It is the responsibility of owner to retrieve their property and pay all related expenses before said property becomes the property of the towing service.
